Please make sure that you log-in using your MyTyndale username and password when accessing the online library resources from off-campus. Sign in to https://one.tyndale.ca/ first. Then when you go to the Library website, you will already be logged in to use Tyndale resources through the Library web page.

Please note that your Borrowers Account is separate from your login to online resources. If you are being asked for your student number or barcode, you are logging into your Borrowers Account, which is only for managing your physical borrowing. 

If you cannot sign in to https://one.tyndale.ca/, it could be an IT related issue. In that case you will need to contact the Student IT Help Desk and they will help you resolve any password related issues:
